If you’re throwing a princess themed party for your little princess in Utah County, Salt Lake County or Davis County, Princess Parties by Natalie can throw it for you! Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Choose your Character
We have several princesses (and heroes) you can invite to your birthday party. Check out our full list here. All of our characters are trained vocalists and actors and they are the best you will find in Utah. Just look at all of our great reviews!
Select a character, gather your party details and check that character’s availability by clicking on them here. We recommend doing this sooner, rather than later, to ensure your preferred party date is available.

step 2: We’ll reach out to confirm party details
Once you send that “Check Availability” form or text message, we will reach out to you as soon as we can to complete the process and reserve your character on your party date. It’s okay if you don’t have all the details right away, we’ll do our best to communicate with you and plan everything with you! Please note that your character is not reserved completely until an initial deposit is made. For more details about pricing and how deposits work, check out our pricing page.
Step 3: Your character hosts your party at your preferred date, time and location
After the party reservation process is complete, all you have to do is tell your guests to show up! On the day of your party (optional), your princess or hero will call your child on the phone and tell them how excited they are that they were invited to their party. Then, at your scheduled time, get your camera ready for the grand arrival. We recommend inviting guests 15 minutes before the princess arrives, so you can make sure and capture all of their sweet reactions.
Then, the party begins! Your character will bring all of their own activities, games, music, and everything else they need to host your party. They will read to your guests, sing with them, play some royal princess games (or hero games), and even crown your child princess/hero for the day in their own special coronation ceremony.
